1. Phạm vi và đơn vị vận hành

Chính sách này áp dụng cho tiện ích trình duyệt “Trợ lý Sổ đầu bài & Nhận xét KQHT” (“Tiện ích”), do nhà phát triển độc lập Edublue+ vận hành. Kênh hỗ trợ và yêu cầu về quyền riêng tư: Zalo 0971920209.

2. Dữ liệu được xử lý trên thiết bị

• Khi giáo viên chủ động dùng chức năng điền, Tiện ích đọc các trường điểm, xếp loại, mã dòng/học sinh và ô nhận xét cần thiết trên bảng VnEdu đang mở để ghép đúng hàng và điền nội dung.
• Mẫu nhận xét, môn học tùy chỉnh, ngưỡng điểm, tùy chọn và trạng thái bản quyền được lưu trong bộ nhớ cục bộ của trình duyệt bằng Chrome Storage.
• Nội dung học sinh được xử lý trong trang VnEdu trên thiết bị của người dùng; Tiện ích không gửi điểm, xếp loại, tên học sinh hoặc nội dung nhận xét đến dịch vụ bản quyền.

3. Dữ liệu bản quyền gửi tới máy chủ

Để kích hoạt và kiểm tra bản quyền, Tiện ích gửi yêu cầu HTTPS dạng POST tới Google Apps Script do nhà phát triển cấu hình. Key và mã cài đặt nằm trong phần thân yêu cầu, không đặt trong địa chỉ URL. Yêu cầu có thể gồm:

• Key bản quyền, mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên của trình duyệt, mã chức năng cần xác thực, loại thao tác (kích hoạt/kiểm tra) và phiên bản Tiện ích.
• Máy chủ lưu hash SHA-256 của key thay vì key đầy đủ, phần gợi nhớ key, mã thiết bị, trạng thái, thời điểm tạo/kích hoạt/kiểm tra/gia hạn, chức năng được cấp và thông tin ghi chú/khách hàng do quản trị viên nhập.

Key và mã cài đặt được gửi trong phần thân yêu cầu HTTPS để xác thực. Google có thể xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật của yêu cầu theo chính sách dịch vụ của Google. Nhà phát triển không dùng dữ liệu bản quyền để theo dõi lịch sử duyệt web hoặc quảng cáo.

4. Thanh toán và thông tin liên hệ

Trang đặt mua thu thập email cùng mã đơn, gói, số tiền và trạng thái đối soát. Dữ liệu đơn được lưu trong tab Orders của Google Sheets để quản trị viên kiểm tra giao dịch và gửi key; email cũng được dùng để gửi thông tin thanh toán và key. Ảnh QR động được tạo qua dịch vụ VietQR/SePay bằng thông tin tài khoản nhận, số tiền và mã đơn.

Trang đặt mua không tự đọc tài khoản BIDV. Quản trị viên phải xác nhận giao dịch đã thực nhận trước khi cấp key. Nếu quản trị viên ghi thêm thông tin liên hệ vào ghi chú bản quyền, thông tin đó được lưu trong bảng quản lý bản quyền.

5. Mục đích sử dụng, chia sẻ và cam kết Limited Use

Dữ liệu chỉ được dùng trong phạm vi cần thiết để cung cấp chức năng mà giáo viên chủ động yêu cầu: đọc bảng VNEDU đang mở để ghép đúng hàng, điền hoặc thống kê; lưu tùy chỉnh cục bộ; xác thực/gia hạn bản quyền; hỗ trợ người dùng và bảo vệ hệ thống khỏi lạm dụng. Nhà phát triển không bán dữ liệu, không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo, đánh giá mức độ tín nhiệm hoặc tạo hồ sơ người dùng.

Dữ liệu bản quyền được gửi tới Google Apps Script/Google Sheets để xác thực và quản trị bản quyền. Thông tin đơn mua được xử lý qua Google Sheets/email và dịch vụ VietQR/SePay như mô tả ở trên. Nội dung học sinh đọc từ trang VNEDU không được gửi tới các dịch vụ này hoặc bên thứ ba.

Cam kết Limited Use: Việc sử dụng thông tin nhận được từ Chrome APIs và dữ liệu người dùng tuân thủ Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use. Tiện ích chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu để cung cấp hoặc cải thiện chức năng người dùng nhìn thấy và chủ động yêu cầu; không chuyển dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba ngoài trường hợp cần thiết để cung cấp chức năng, tuân thủ pháp luật hoặc bảo vệ dịch vụ như đã nêu trong chính sách này.

6. Lưu giữ, bảo mật và xóa dữ liệu

Dữ liệu cục bộ được giữ trong trình duyệt cho tới khi người dùng xóa dữ liệu Tiện ích hoặc gỡ Tiện ích. Bản ghi bản quyền và nhật ký quản trị được giữ trong bảng quản lý cho tới khi quản trị viên xóa theo quy trình vận hành. Nhà phát triển áp dụng HTTPS cho trao đổi với máy chủ bản quyền và hạn chế quyền truy cập bảng quản trị. Người dùng có thể liên hệ qua Zalo để yêu cầu hỗ trợ về dữ liệu bản quyền hoặc đề nghị xóa bản ghi liên quan; việc xóa có thể bị giới hạn nếu cần lưu hồ sơ giao dịch hoặc bảo vệ hệ thống.

7. Trẻ em và trách nhiệm của người dùng

Tiện ích là công cụ dành cho giáo viên, không hướng trực tiếp tới trẻ em. Giáo viên cần sử dụng dữ liệu học sinh theo quyền hạn, quy định của nhà trường và pháp luật hiện hành, đồng thời kiểm tra nội dung trước khi lưu lên VnEdu.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Chính sách có thể được cập nhật khi Tiện ích hoặc quy định liên quan thay đổi. Bản mới sẽ được đăng tại cùng địa chỉ trang này và ghi ngày hiệu lực mới.

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to the “Lesson Book Assistant & Student Comments” browser extension (“the Extension”), operated by the independent Edublue+ developer. Privacy and support requests can be sent via Zalo 0971920209.

2. Data processed on the device

• When a teacher initiates a fill action, the Extension reads the necessary score, rating, row/student identifier, and comment fields from the currently open VnEdu table to match rows and fill content.
• Comment templates, custom subjects, score thresholds, preferences, and license status are stored locally in the browser using Chrome Storage.
• Student content is processed in the user's browser on the VnEdu page. The Extension does not send student scores, ratings, names, or comments to the licensing service.

3. Data sent to the licensing service

To activate and validate a license, the Extension sends HTTPS POST requests to Google Apps Script configured by the developer. The license key and installation identifier are placed in the request body, not in the URL. Requests may include the license key, a random browser installation identifier, the requested feature code, the operation (activation/validation), and the Extension version.

The licensing backend stores a SHA-256 hash of the key rather than the full key, a key hint, device identifier, status, creation/activation/validation/renewal times, licensed product, and customer or note details entered by the administrator. Google may process technical request data under its own service policies. Licensing data is not used by the developer for browsing-history tracking or advertising.

4. Payments and contact information

The order page collects a buyer's email together with the order ID, product, amount, and reconciliation status. Order data is stored in the Orders tab of Google Sheets so the administrator can reconcile payment and send the license key. Email is used to send payment instructions and the key. Dynamic QR images are generated through the VietQR/SePay QR image service using the receiving account, amount, and order code.

The order page does not read the BIDV account. An administrator must confirm that payment has actually arrived before issuing a key. Additional contact details recorded in a license note are stored in the license administration sheet.

5. Use, sharing, and Limited Use commitment

Data is used only as needed to provide features explicitly initiated by a teacher: reading the open VNEDU table to match rows, fill or calculate statistics; store local preferences; validate or renew licenses; support users; and protect the service from abuse. The developer does not sell data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, or user profiling.

License data is sent to Google Apps Script/Google Sheets for license validation and administration. Order data is processed through Google Sheets/email and the VietQR/SePay service as described above. Student content read from VNEDU is not sent to these services or other third parties.

Limited Use commitment: The use of information received from Chrome APIs and user data will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Extension uses data only to provide or improve user-facing features explicitly requested by the user, and does not transfer data to third parties except as necessary to provide the features, comply with law, or protect the service as described in this policy.

6. Retention, security, and deletion

Local data remains in the browser until the user clears the Extension's data or removes the Extension. License records and administrative logs remain in the licensing sheet until removed by the administrator under the operational process. HTTPS is used for communication with the licensing service, and access to the administration sheet is restricted. Users may contact support to request assistance with or deletion of a license record. Deletion may be limited when records need to be retained for transaction records or service protection.

7. Children and user responsibility

The Extension is a tool for teachers and is not directed to children. Teachers must use student data only as authorized by their school and applicable law, and should review content before saving it to VnEdu.

8. Policy changes

This policy may change when the Extension or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date.
